What payment methods do you accept?

How does Float buy now, pay later work?

Float BNPL
Float lets you split your purchase into interest-free, fee-free monthly instalments using the available limit on your existing Visa or Mastercard credit card. There is no application, no sign-up, and no credit check required — Float works with your existing credit card, so if you have a Visa or Mastercard credit card with sufficient available balance, you are already eligible.

To use Float at checkout, your order must have a minimum value of R150. Simply select Float as your payment method, choose your number of instalments, and enter your credit card details.

After your first purchase, you will receive an email with access to the Float Shopper Portal where you can view and manage your instalment plan. For more information about how Float works, visit float.co.za/faq.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days for most areas across South Africa. Deliveries to outlying and remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability and location.

What happens to orders placed on weekends or public holidays?

Good to know
Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next available working day. Delivery timeframes of 2–5 working days begin from the date your order is processed, not the date it was placed.

What is a backorder and when will I receive my item?

A backorder means the item is currently out of stock but can still be ordered. When you place a backorder, we submit the request directly to our supplier on your behalf.

Delivery timelines for backorders depend on the supplier’s stock availability and lead times. We will keep you updated as soon as we receive confirmation from the supplier. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is a summary of our policy:

Returns: You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you change your mind, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. We currently only ship and accept returns within South Africa.

Exchanges: If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange an exchange or replacement.

Which form should I use — CRO or RMA?

We have two separate forms depending on your situation. Use the guide below to choose the right one:

Change & Return Order (CRO)

Use this form if you have changed your mind and want to return an item or request a refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

What are Unboxed deals?

Unboxed
Unboxed deals are products that have been previously opened, returned, or used as display units. These items are thoroughly inspected and verified to be in full working condition before being listed.

Unboxed products are offered at a discounted price and are clearly labelled so you always know what you are buying. They are a great way to get quality tech at a lower price. Please note that Unboxed items may not include original packaging or all original accessories — any differences will be noted in the product listing.
